Refund Terms: • All services are contract-based and results-driven. • If the agreed-upon results are not delivered, the client may request a refund. • Refunds are issued less a 15% penalty of the total contract amount for administrative and operational costs. • Refund eligibility is strictly as per the signed contract, which outlines measurable results and timelines. • Partial refunds or adjustments will be handled proportionally based on the service delivered.
